An AI agent investigates every anomaly and proposes what to do — but nothing that affects your business runs without your approval. It is the clearest example of how we build with AI: the database does the arithmetic, the model handles context, and a person keeps the final call.

How it works

  1. You upload the invoice as a PDF, or your own system sends it through the API.
  2. Every price is compared against that supplier's real purchase history.
  3. The agent investigates the context whenever something breaks the pattern.
  4. It writes the report on its own; anything with consequences waits for your approval.

Autonomy levels live in the code, not in the prompt. Most AI billing tools are black boxes: they act first and tell you afterwards. Here every tool the agent can reach carries a fixed risk level — only low-risk actions run on their own, everything else waits for a human, and each decision is written to an auditable log along with its reasoning. The model cannot grant itself permissions it was not given.

How we work with AI.

Adding a model to a product is the easy part. Making it reliable, affordable and safe enough to put in front of real users is the work — this is how we do it.

Discovery & scoping

We start by finding where AI actually changes the outcome — and where a database query, a rule or better UX would do the job faster and cheaper. Every candidate use case gets a success metric before a single line of code is written. If we can't define how we'd know it worked, we don't build it.

Model selection & benchmarking

We evaluate candidate models against your data, not public leaderboards. Quality, latency and cost per operation get measured side by side, and the smallest model that clears the bar wins. Being provider-agnostic is deliberate: it keeps switching cheap when prices or capabilities change.

Integration & architecture

The model becomes one component among many — behind a typed interface, with timeouts, retries with backoff, caching for repeated work and a deterministic fallback for when the provider is slow or down. The product has to keep working even when the model doesn't.

Guardrails & evaluation

Output is validated before it reaches anyone: schema checks, grounding against your own sources so answers can be traced, and explicit refusal paths for questions the system shouldn't answer. We keep a regression suite of real cases, so tweaking a prompt can't silently break what already worked.

Monitoring & iteration

Once live we track quality, latency and spend per feature, with alerts on all three. Real usage decides what gets improved next — and occasionally it tells us to take the model out and replace it with something simpler. We treat that as a good outcome, not a failure.

Your data stays yours

We choose providers and settings where your content isn't used to train models, and we document exactly what leaves your infrastructure and what never does.

A human where it counts

For decisions with consequences, the system proposes and a person confirms. That review step is designed in from the start — not bolted on after an incident.

A ceiling on cost

Every AI feature ships with a measured cost per operation and hard limits, so an integration can't quietly turn into an unpredictable monthly bill.

It fails gracefully

If the provider errors, rate-limits or returns something unusable, the product falls back to defined behaviour instead of showing your users a broken screen.

We'll also tell you when not to use it. Plenty of problems that get pitched as AI problems are really data, process or interface problems, and solving them that way is cheaper, faster and easier to maintain. Saying so is part of the job.

Android and iOS through Google Play and the App Store, plus the web — which runs anywhere a modern browser does. Backends run on managed cloud infrastructure, so there is no server for you to maintain.

Flutter and Dart for mobile; JavaScript, TypeScript and Node.js for web and platform work; Firebase and Cloudflare for backends and delivery; and applied AI where it genuinely improves the product. We stick to proven, industry-standard tools rather than chasing novelty.

No. The contact form and the support center both work without signing in. Creating an account — with Google, an email address, or as a guest — simply fills your name and email in for you so you don't retype them on every request.

Through our complaints book (Libro de Reclamaciones). As required by Peruvian consumer law, you'll receive a tracking code and a response within a maximum of 15 business days, sent to the email address you provide.
